From Kirkwall to the outer isles, mainland Scotland and the wider UK — how we get furniture to your door.
Where we deliver
We are based in Kirkwall and our delivery network reaches everywhere in the United Kingdom. Lead times and carriage vary by zone — the table on our shipping policy shows the rates.
Orkney mainland
Our own delivery van runs through Kirkwall, Stromness, St Margaret's Hope, Birsay, Dounby, Finstown, Tankerness, Holm, Rendall, Evie, Harray, Stenness and Sandwick on a regular schedule. We will agree a four-hour delivery window the day before.
Outer Orkney isles
For Hoy, Westray, Papa Westray, Sanday, Stronsay, Eday, Rousay, Egilsay, Wyre, Shapinsay, North Ronaldsay, Flotta, and Graemsay we deliver to your nearest harbour and arrange onward delivery with the local agent. Ferry schedules drive the lead time — in winter, allow up to two weeks for outer isles.
Shetland
We deliver to Shetland via NorthLink freight from Kirkwall, normally within 7 – 10 days. There is a surcharge on top of the standard Highlands & Islands rate.
UK mainland
The rest of the UK is served by two-person delivery partners for sofas, beds and large items, and by Royal Mail / APC for smaller accessories.
Postcode surcharges
Some highland and island postcodes carry a Highlands & Islands surcharge from our carriers — HS, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE. We will show the exact carriage at checkout once you enter your postcode. Surcharges are usually £15 – £40 for a large item.
Channel Islands & international
We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, or anywhere outside the UK. If you are using a freight forwarder, please get in touch first.
