Pick up from the showroom

Click & collect is the fastest way to take delivery of in-stock furniture, accessories and homeware — usually ready within two hours of placing the order during opening hours.

How it works

1. Add items to your basket and choose Click & Collect — Kirkwall at checkout. There is no carriage charge.
2. We will email you when the order is picked and ready to collect (target: within 2 hours during opening hours).
3. Come to the showroom at 76 Junction Rd, Kirkwall. Bring a copy of the email and a form of ID.
4. One of our team will load larger items into your vehicle.

How long we hold orders

We hold click & collect orders for 14 days. If you cannot collect within that time, please call us — we are happy to arrange longer storage where space allows.

What if I change my mind?

You can cancel a click & collect order at any time before collection for a full refund. Once collected, the standard returns policy applies.

Help with loading

The team will always help you load up. If you are bringing a small car for a bulky item, please call ahead and we will measure the piece against your car's boot dimensions before you make the journey.
