Assembly service — we put it together for you
Flatpack is great for getting bulky pieces into difficult rooms, but not everyone has the time, tools or back for it. For an additional fee we will assemble your furniture in the room of your choice.
What is included
- Two-person team, fully insured.
- Tools and fixings included.
- Packaging removed at the end.
- Quick functional test of any moving parts.

When to add it
Add the assembly service at checkout, or call us before delivery day. We schedule the assembly team for the same visit as the delivery wherever possible.
What we cannot do
- Plumb or wire fitted appliances (you will need a qualified tradesperson).
- Drill into walls to attach furniture — we are happy to bring the relevant fixings, but cannot guarantee what is behind your wall finish.
- Take away your old furniture — ask us about the local re-use scheme instead.
If assembly is delayed
If we cannot assemble on the agreed day (your access changes, our team is held up by ferry weather), we will reschedule at no charge.
