How we make this website and our showroom usable for everyone, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Our commitment
We want every customer to be able to use this website and visit our showroom regardless of ability. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA standard online and the Equality Act 2010 in the shop.
On the website
- Text resizes up to 200% without losing layout.
- Pages work with a keyboard alone — no mouse required.
- Images carry alt text describing the product.
- Colour contrast meets the AA threshold for body text.
- Forms have visible labels and explain what is required.
Known issues we are working on
- Some older product photos do not yet have full alt text — we are working through the catalogue.
- Video content is not yet captioned end-to-end.
At the showroom
- Step-free entrance from the main car park.
- Wide aisles between the main furniture displays.
- Disabled WC available on request — please ask a member of staff.
- Hearing-loop in the showroom office.
