What an active trade account gives you

• Contract-grade fabric upgrades (FFR, BS 7176 Medium / Severe Hazard).
• 30-day account terms (post-credit check).
• Direct dial to a named account manager.
• Phased delivery to match build schedules.
• Bulk pricing on accessories and consumables.

How to place a trade order

1. Email the project brief and BoQ to your account manager.
2. We respond within two working days with a sample quotation.
3. You sign the quotation; we issue a pro-forma invoice (or post to account).
4. We confirm delivery dates and any pre-assembly requirements.

What we need from you

• Company name, registration number, VAT number (if registered).
• Delivery and billing addresses.
• Project specification (room sizes, fire-safety class, finish).
• Target completion date.

Payment terms

Late payment

We apply statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 from day 31 on unpaid invoices, plus reasonable recovery costs. We'd much rather not — please call your account manager if there's a delay coming.

Returns & warranty for trade

Bespoke and specification-built orders are not returnable for change of mind. Standard 12-month warranty plus statutory rights apply.
